Services, Rates, and Rules
*Services are only available to residents located on Lookout Mtn (TN/GA) area or by referral*
Meet & Greet Visits:
- I require at least one Meet & Greet visit in your home or mine.
- I typically ignore eye contact and the dog(s) itself/themselves, often with my back to them, til they are in a calm state.
- If additional visits are desired/necessary, I typically do a visit with the homeowner(s) and dog(s) in an interior room in a relaxed state and I enter the house (“Hello”) independently similarly to the first visit.
- Combined with a second visit or for a third visit, I will enter and once the dog(s) is/are in a calm state, the owner would leave for a 15-20 min period, or longer if necessary.
- Additionally, we could go on a short walk, together with the owner or separately, during any visit.
- Additional visits may be desired by the owner or required by me.
- There is no charge for up to three Meet & Greet visits.
Requirements:
- For dogs staying at my house, I require all dogs to be leash trained for their safety.
- All dogs are required to be up-to-date on vaccinations, clean and has been treated for fleas.
- By agreeing to obtain Camp Kelly services, you agree to the following:
- All references to Camp Kelly include: Director/Kelly, and any and all agents, associates, assistants.
- I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) to your home or mine while they are in Camp Kelly’s care. I assume all related risks, known or unknown.
- It is my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog. I also represent that any behavioral issues have been shared with Camp Kelly.
- While my dog(s) is/are in the care and custody of Camp Kelly, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Camp Kelly to seek immediate veterinary care. I furthermore agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with such treatment.
- I hereby agree to save, release and hold harmless, Camp Kelly, from any and all negligence, liability, claims, actions, suits, loss, injury or damage sustained during my dog’s/dogs’ care. I specifically and without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Camp Kelly for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injuries or damage.
- I certify that I have read, understand and agree to the above in this agreement.
Drop in Rates (Subject to Change or additional charge for distance required per trip)
Overnight Rates (Subject to Change. Same for your home or mine.)
*Additional charges may apply to puppies, dogs/cats with special needs or constant, intense care.
**By agreeing to any of the services listed, you agree to the terms of agreement stated above under “Requirements.”
I also provide “pet parents” photos of their pets during their time with me (included in the service). I prefer to send through Facebook Messenger, but can send through text as well. I use Messenger because it is easier to manage, and it doesn’t incur any cellular texting fees, especially any international fees for wherever you are traveling. In addition, and with your permission, I post a few pictures on the Lkt Mtn Neighborhood Facebook page as well as this website on the Camp Kelly Pets Pics page. (You have the option to opt out of this when you fill out your “Pet Information” form.)
Payment, Cancelation and Refund Terms:
- Payment for Pet Sitting Services is preferred up-front, no more than one week before, up to or on the date services begin, unless otherwise previously agreed upon.
- Cash or check are preferred. Zelle or Venmo are also accepted.
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is requested for reservations lasting over 1 week, due at the time the reservation is made, and will be credited towards the final charges.
- Refunds are not provided for late departures or early returns
- In the event of a cancelation within 2 weeks of the date of care, there will be a $50/day cancelation charge.
